1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is a valid residential or commercial address.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
